A Rotas & Raízes comemora o seu 10º aniversário, mas é você quem recebe as prendas. Esta caminhada gratuita liga duas das instalações do projeto “Isto é Lousã” – o Coração do Candal e o Baloiço do Trevim – através de um percurso algo exigente fisicamente, mas com vários motivos de interesse. Trata-se de um percurso de ida e volta onde terá oportunidade de percorrer as ruelas da bonita aldeia do Candal, apreciar as vistas a partir do miradouro localizado no cimo da aldeia, bem como ao longo de todo o percurso. E lá no alto, as vistas a partir do local onde se situa o baloiço, são simplesmente espetaculares. Venha daí connosco começar o ano a caminhar na montanha mágica!

Limite de idade: devido à natureza e/ou nível de dificuldade deste percurso, todos os participantes devem ter pelo menos, 16 anos.
Cada participante deverá levar consigo:
– água suficiente para a extensão/duração do percurso;
– boné/chapéu;
– impermeável;
– roupas confortáveis e leves;
– calçado confortável e com um bom nível de aderência;
– recomenda-se que leve alguns snacks (por exemplo barras energéticas) e/ou fruta.
A inscrição deve ser feita até 24 horas antes da hora de início da caminhada!
“From the Heart to the Swing”

Rotas & Raízes celebrates its 10th anniversary, but you are the one who receives the gifts. This free hike connects two of the installations of the “Isto é Lousã” project – the heart of Candal and the Trevim swing – through a slightly demanding route, physically wise, but with several aspects of interest. This is a round trip route where you will have the opportunity to walk through the alleys of the beautiful village of Candal, enjoy the views from the viewpoint located at the top of the village, as well as along the entire route. And at the top, the views from where the swing is located are simply spectacular. Come with us to start the year walking on the magic mountain!
