Venha celebrar o Halloween numa caminhada “assustadora” em plena Serra da Lousã… à noite! É a oportunidade perfeita para vir conhecer a serra em ambiente noturno: os seus sons, os locais e a sua fauna e flora… na escuridão!

Horário: os participantes devem estar às às 18:15 no ponto de encontro; a caminhada tem início às 18:30

Limite de idade: devido à natureza e/ou nível de dificuldade deste percurso, todos os participantes devem ter pelo menos, 12 anos.

Cada participante deverá levar consigo:

– LANTERNA*;

– água suficiente para a extensão/duração do percurso;

– impermeável (caso a previsão de chuva seja igual ou superior a 50%);

– roupas confortáveis e leves;

– calçado confortável e com um bom nível de aderência;

– recomenda-se que leve alguns snacks (por exemplo barras energéticas) e/ou fruta.

* – o uso de lanterna é um requerimento de segurança obrigatório nesta atividade em particular, pelo que é fundamental que cada participante leve consigo uma lanterna com bateria/carga suficiente para pelo menos 2,5 horas. A organização reserva-se ao direito de não autorizar a participação nesta atividade aos inscritos que não cumpram este requisito.

A inscrição deve ser feita até 24 horas antes da hora de início da caminhada.

Come celebrate Halloween on a “scary” walk in the middle of Serra da Lousã… in the night time! It’s the perfect opportunity to come and discover the mountain at night: its sounds, the sites and its fauna and flora… in the darkness!

Meeting Point: Terreiro das Bruxas

Time: participants must be at 6:15 pm at the meeting point; the hike starts at 6:30 pm

Age limit: due to the nature and/or level of difficulty of this route, all participants must be at least 12 years old.

Each participant must bring with them:

– FLASHLIGHT*;

– enough water for the length of the route/duration of the hike;

– waterproof jacket (in case of rain forecast of 50% or above);

– comfortable and light clothes;

– comfortable shoes with good grip;

– it is recommended that you take some snacks (for example energy bars) and/or fruit.

* – the use of a flashlight is a mandatory safety requirement in this particular activity, so it is essential that each participant carry a flashlight with enough battery/charge for at least 2.5 hours. The organization reserves the right not to authorize participation in this activity to those who do not meet this requirement.
